We are Deja Vu Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Deja Vu Travel, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

1. Role of Travel Advisor
Deja Vu Travel, an Independent Travel Advisor with InteleTravel.com, arranges reservations and services on your behalf with airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, and other third-party suppliers.
Deja Vu Travel operates independently under the host agency InteleTravel.com and is not owned or operated by InteleTravel.
We do not own, operate, or control the travel suppliers used to fulfill your bookings and are not responsible for their acts, errors, or omissions.
2. Payments
All bookings require a deposit to secure reservations. Deposit amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined before payment.
Final payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Payments are typically made directly to suppliers (e.g., cruise lines, resorts). Deja Vu Travel will provide receipts or confirmations as available.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. It is your responsibility to review and understand these policies before booking.
Deja Vu Travel will assist in processing cancellations but is not responsible for supplier decisions regarding refunds, penalties, or credits.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to your booking (dates, names, destinations, etc.) may result in additional fees from suppliers.
Deja Vu Travel is not responsible for increased costs due to changes initiated by the client.
5. Documentation & Travel Requirements
Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, identification, and any other required travel documents.
Deja Vu Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to lack of proper documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellations, medical expenses, lost luggage, and other risks.
If you choose not to purchase insurance, you assume full responsibility for any financial loss.
7. Liability
Deja Vu Travel is not liable for injury, illness, property damage, delays, cancellations, acts of God, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers providing your services.
8. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate personal and payment information when booking.
Review all itineraries and confirmations carefully and notify Deja Vu Travel of any discrepancies immediately.
Comply with supplier rules, health requirements, and safety regulations.
9. Acknowledgement
By booking with Deja Vu Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
